Outperforming traditional bag filters and electrostatic precipitators
Glosfume's hot gas filtration systems control emissions from incinerators, furnaces and other processes requiring hot gas cleaning - at temperatures up to 600 °C with flows of up to 150,000 Am3/hr. Design and manufacture of high temperature ceramic air filters
As a specialist in the design, installation and maintenance of hot gas filtration systems, Glosfume's experience with hundreds of thousands of third-party vacuum formed high temperature ceramic air filters, led to the realisation that these products were incapable of meeting our demanding requirements.
Five years ago, Glosfume started to design and manufacture its own high temperature ceramic and mineral filters under the Metcem brand - and soon became a world leader in this specialised field. Today, our high temperature ceramic air filter elements are stronger than any others currently available - they actually get stronger when subjected to temperature, giving you higher performance and a longer service life.
